About Touchstone Mediation

Founded in 2025, Touchstone Mediation was born out of a passion for helping businesses of all sizes navigate the complex world of workplace conflict.  We are a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.

 Our team have years of experience delivering In-House Workplace Mediation and can resolve every dispute that you could imagine, and even those that you couldn’t.  

Our aim is simple to ensure that people are left with health and harmonious bonds restored.  

 Based in the midlands, our location provides us the ability to support you both within the midlands but also further afield.  

We provide fixed-price workplace mediation services both remote and online. 

Our services include Workplace Mediation, Team Mediation and Team Facilitation. 

The process works for a range of disputes, including but not limited to:

• Conflicts  and disagreements between employees and within teams.
• Conflicts between managers and employees or between senior managers.
